    everyone on nasioc who mentions retrofitting get's a pm from me.
    The results from my project from the 2nd GB has me sold.
    I'm working on my 2 friends with 06 wrx's as well.
    they haven't sacked up yet though.

    krylon fusion is fine....if your going to paint your projector shield, hi-temp would be used.

    Everything I have read says the bezel can be painted with regular paint. The reflector would probably need a high temp paint. I plan on leaving the reflector chrome. The bezel will be painted BSP.

    Mine will stay chrome.

    I think I have movedback into the FX-R stage 4 camp. I read the instruction PDF really close. I just need to find a space in the garage to set up tape marks on the wall forthe halogen beam pattern. I have figured out how to position the reflector in the exact spot so i can compare the FX-R projector to ensure it is mounted correctly in the reflector.

    How many amp draw will a single HID bulb have? I have a 5 amp DC 12V power supply.
