The other weekend I had a small wildlife animal commit suicide by 4Runner and I now have to replace the passengers side headlight (cracked the lens). I purchased a pair of new black housings, these are the DEPO brand.

Since I have new headlights on the way, I am now debating on if I should open up the lights and install the TRS Mini H1 kit.

Or would it be better to install a $250-300 40" LED bar (single row, 5-10w, combo) on the roof (see Stealth LED light bar install posting) and have it 'switched' on by the high beams.

    Current bulbs:
    Low: Philips Xtreme
    High: Philips HIR

Or... what are the Pro's and Con's of each method.

Absolutely go with the HID retrofit. It's going to see far more use than the LED light bar, especially on the public roads since it will improve the low beams and high beams.

    .
You aren't going to be able to use those LED's as often as you want, technically they are off road lights and you can't run them on public highways, my big lights are switched independent of the high beams, there's situations for one, the other or both.
