Got my bulbs installed a couple days ago. Put in the switchbacks with in-line resistors, just followed this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...g-lights-with-switchback-leds-a-how-to.85986/

Only problem I had was that the switchback feature didn't work at first. I could get the white light to shine, but my ambers wouldn't flash when I turned my turn signal on. I turned my hazards on and they started to work... And run normal now.

Pretty easy install and good light production at night, haven't tested them during the day yet.

No you can't. Your flasher relay is different since you have a drl. I believe yours is 12pin while mine is 8 pin in my 2005.

You can modify your oem relay, the write up is somewhere on here

Well damn, guess I'll just go with the resistors. I've read on here though that I will only need to do the rear ones because they provide enough load on the whole turn signal circuit to keep the hyper flash at bay, and on mine my drl's are off unless I switch them on with the stalk. So I don't want the resistors getting super hot up front wired in when, for instance I have my headlights (and then parking lights) on. I still need to do a lot of research I think lol
