So I want to order the Bi-Xenon: Morimoto FX-R stage III kit for my 2011, only problem is I'm confused on which harness to order with the kit. I already read their article on wiring harnesses, but it all pretty much went over my head. I'm guessing I need to get the can-bus Bi-Xenon H4/9003 harness, correct?

Welcome to TW. The OEM bulb is 9003/H4. If you are getting new 9003/H4 HIDs then yes, that is the correct harness. Note that you should not put HIDs in your factory headlights, as this will have uncontrolled beam pattern and cause scatter. You will want to pick up a set of headlight retrofits from TRS in addition to the HIDs.
