Anyone out there making truck bed drawers? Would love to make my own but don’t have the time or the patience, and looking around I can’t afford any on a civil servants salary decked is okay but not quite wha I’m looking for. Willing to travel to pick up if need be. Thanks!

There seems to be a lot of wasted space with these systems.

I got the Decked system. I like it, only 2 things I don't like is it doesn't come out as easily as a full size truck, and drilling into the bed.

I had the same experience with the commercial systems. Awfully expensive. I made my own for less than $200.

Deck is too expensive for me. Making one out of wood is doable, but I need a camper to protect it from the elements. So I end up getting a tool box.

I made one out of wood as well and it worked well, but I take my topper off from time to time and liked how the Decked fairs better against the elements.

The one who dies with the most stuff wins.
The previous linked threads have a lot of good inspiration in them. Plenty of good ideas to make exactly what you need. That's what I did last spring during lock down.
