I haul & cut firewood w/ my '02 Tacoma 4 door short bed. My bed is sagging near the tailgate which bows the quarter panels closer or towards each other. This has caused problems closing my tailgate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the floor is buckling at the tailgate pulling the the bed sides inwards. Post pictures.

Maybe you could put some rienforcements under the bed back there, so it doesnt bow?
