Ok so my taco has a 3 inch suspension 3 inch body and 33s, i dont know if any of that factors in but when i accelerate slowly or hitt a speed between 80 and 100kmh the rearend of the truck seems to bob up and down. As if im driving over a bunch of tiny speed bumps. I always do my own work and can usually trouble shoot, but this one is driven me nuts.
I put in equal size spacers to drop the carrier bearing and it didnt seem to change at all. any help would be great its very annoying one the highway.

haha yah i can see how it could be takin in such a way. i guess a rapid bounce could be used to better describe it. Almost like im sunning octogon tires, but i know tires arent it. i have two sets, the other being dam near new, and still does it.

Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
Bent rims will do it, tweaked axle(but not as likely). Get the tires balanced and check your shocks for signs of deterioration.

How old is your lift? I assume you're not running the stock shocks with a 3" lift!

you probably need a tire balance, but if you've got an older lift, look into your suspension bushings, and your shocks, too.

I am fighting the same issue but one a gen2. I did the standard CB drop, and added to the spacer 1/8" at a time. The further i go down the better it gets. The best way to find out if it is still the CB, is to start from a dead stand still and put the accelerator to the floor. IF there is a shutter under torque, the lower the bearing some more. Mine is almost gone now.

Your wheel weight (balance) probably fell off. It happens.

Ive got the same issue at about 45mph when letting off throttle. I have basically new suspension all around and I know rear brakes are good and adjusted (just serviced them 1k miles ago). BEEFEDTACO's 1 1/2" CB drob should be here soon, Ive been thinking thats the culprit...sporting 2.5" lift out back. Will update here to consolidate.
