    I agree. Deal with corporate.

I went through a similar situation with SOA last summer. The dealership could only go so far, and when I threatened to go to corporate, they seemed relieved.

Bunch of calls and paperwork later, we had a new car.

    Good luck.

Hey guys, no progress yet. I've been documenting and writing everything down. Dealership has called a couple times but just to say that there is no movement on the backordered parts
Will be calling or mailing corporate come Monday. Not sure which would be most efficient but I know written documentation seems to be favorited despite me feeling like I'd get a quicker resolution via phone.

Then do both, send them the paperwork and call.

Just contact a lemon law lawyer, it won't cost you anything and from that point on you won't have to do a thing. They will handle everything and you will have peace of mind. You've had enough stress, let someone else deal with it. I'd be worried about taking a wrong step doing it myself if I was in your shoes. Again, it won't cost you a dime. If what you posted here is accurate it appears to be an all but done deal.

This, and do corporate sometimes. I spent 2 yrs fighting the dealer and corporate GM over a known issue that a secret warranty was written for on my Colorado, a free repair costing $2000 and each one says the other did it.

The dealership has already ran you around the ringer for over a month, just contact a lemon law lawyer and be done with it. Once the dealership complies and your new truck is presented ask if you can remove your personal additions from your old truck.

I'm going to be contacting a local attorney on Monday. I agree with you guys, seems like the easiest way to go. I can barely manage keeping updated with the dealership with my work schedule so it would be beneficial for me to have someone else handle it...and to also ensure I don't mess anything up!
Will definitely keep everyone updated on the progress. Never in a million years thought it would come to this.

Don't think lemon law has anything to do with it.From first post,I believe someone at the dealership drained oil,and didn't put oil back in it or not enough.I've personally had first hand experience. Cost the shop a rebuilt on a 425 cat.One other time a driver ran a truxk with 3 gallons low,the topped it of afyer the low oil shutdown.Ran approximately another 6000 miles before it disintegrated

It doesn't matter at this point where the fault lies as the truck has met the qualification of a lemon law vehicle

Lindsay - best of luck to you! I've been contemplating trading my 2012 Tacoma w/o tow package in on a 2016...this has made me stop and think that maybe I want a Tundra instead. I pull an enclosed 18' aluminum car trailer with a small race car in it...total weight is right at the limit for a Tacoma w/o the tow package but I've had no problems towing from Mississippi to Arizona and back. However...early on I took it in because of a lifter noise in the engine - they ended up replacing the head - and I've had no problems since. Keep the faith...

Was instructed to call Corporate so I did that this morning. Spoke with the representative who wrote down my entire essay about the dates and times I spoke with the SW and the steps I and the dealership have been taking to getting my current vehicle repaired. I told her today was day 37 and want a replacement vehicle due to the extensive amount of time the dealership has had to repair my truck as well as there being no ETA of completion. She said a Case Manager will call back tomorrow morning once they have reviewed all information.
    Fingers crossed.
Last ditch will be to contact the local attorneys office.
