    @PoweredBySoy. Is that by gooseberry falls? I drove around Lake Superior 2 years age. We camped first two nights, but it rained the rest of the week from there on out! Want to reduce the trip again if I get the chance. So beautiful up there.

    This was at Temperance River, which is close to Tofte - more near Grand Marais. Gooseberry is beautiful too, but gets real busy during peak season. The whole north shore is fantastic though. Been going up there for over 15 years.

    ^^^nice! yeah i've been watching this guy on youtube (rudedogii) and he has a lot of cool vids on exploring MNP. He recommends the book (california trails:desert region) i went out and got a copy the other day at Vromans bookstore. solid book. detailed trail guide!
