They charge fast from the car. If you drive at all during the day you will be fine.

Also some lights you can get run off of AAA or AA and you can just carry a ton of those worst case scenario.

[Q FYIUOTE="LeftCoastNerd, post: 17229761, member: 182459"]relying on propane heat to stay warm is dangerous, especially with the tank outside... if the ambient temps get down to like 20F, the partial pressure of the propane bottle gets so low it stops outputting enough gas to heat. we always relied on *warm* sleeping bags, and thick foam (not air) mattresses in cold weather. propane was nice for taking the chill out when getting up, our stoves were isogas (propane-butane mix, works better in cold weather) with a white gas stove as emergency backup (they work even when way sub-zero)[/QUOTE]

Not sure I agree with this. I have a heater that draws so much propane I had a 20 lb tank freeze to the floor. The heater was still running fine. A Mr buddy draws far less than mine so I wouldn't be too worried

I know I don't. Everybody in my area heats and get hot water by burning propane and we get double digit below zero in the winter. Still had heat and hot water. Propane boils at -44F. Should be good until at least that temp and I sure won't be in a tent!

Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
I haven’t actually camped with her yet but made the biggest purchase to date on my Taco being the camper shell. Going to be setting it up with bed on one side and storage on the other. Plan on living out of it and doing some traveling cross country/hiking/off-roading when I’m not working on my ship. I’m thinking it’ll eventually turn into an overlanding vehicle

I know the first one I saw was Croms. He inspired me to pick up a set. Would still like two more for my spares.
