I'll be visiting Montana soon to get my GoFast Camper. Where are some areas I should be sure to visit? I'll have my dog, so Glacier NP is probably off the list.

From just looking at a map... the Bitterroot National Forest looks like an awesome spot.

Interesting. Not my style but, a neat watch. One thing I can say is, if you’re wanting all the luxuries of home when you’re trying to enjoy being outdoors, you might as well stay home.

 

Agreed. What kept me watching is all the gadgets he kept pulling out.

 

Yeah, same. When the projector screen came out I was like....Ok, this guy is going way over the top. Having said that, everyone’s comfort levels are different and you have to get out there and do what best suits your needs. I mean, everyone has a different idea of what they want out of a trip. I don’t mind roughing it and I can appreciate some comforts. I personally would not want my truck/tent to turn into a condo though lol
Hence my previous post. I personally feel that to truly embrace being out in nature, you need to strip yourself of most of the modern conveniences you have on a daily basis.

Shipwreck Campground, Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. Rain, Snow and cold. Heaters and propane fire ring were welcome .

 

Weekend trip and it was the gf's first time experiencing a RTT. She's already asking when the next trip is:

 

My wife is constantly asking me when the next camping trip is........she doesn't camp. Pretty sure she just likes when the dog and I are gone.
