    This looks very similar to how I do it except mine is on the other side of the truck. I keep my stove on the same side of my table (which is similar).

    I wanted to travel someplace different on this trip, but there were baking temps all around me except the Olympic Peninsula, so back I went.
    FYI the Hood Canal isn't a "canal" at all, but rather a fjord carved out during the last glaciation:
