    No.
I'm talking about the big white box and tubing plugged into the front of the camper.

Kind of what I was thinking. You must have done a stealth edit while I was replying to your original post.:anonymous:

It’s the AC/Heater unit. That’s the feed and return line. I did this trip solo and originally I planned on primitive camping in my hammock on the DBBB but I found this for rent so I jumped on it. It got down below 20 degrees one night so I was glad to have it. I would surviveved in the hammock, but this was nice lol

Welcome! Unfortunately GSMNP is extremely regulated, but I hope you enjoyed the views! Where all did you visit?

What camper is that? and did you have any issues towing? did you need a weight distribution hitch or anything?

It's a 195rb. it's about 2800lbs dry and it tows well. I do have a WDH but honestly don't know if using it is even worth it. The tounge weight is 300 (probably more now that I've added extra batteries) but I don't really notice much of difference when using it.

that pic makes me jealous. Whenever we go camping, we always pack meat, starch and beer. Then, we always crave snacks and realize we never packed any sweets or chips, or pretzels. that is a proper snack tote. We always say we are going to pack junk food, and somehow we always forget. ALWAYS. Want some gummy bears right now that I see that pic. damn haribos. Next week, I'm packing nothing but gummie bears, chips, and hershey bars. and beer. And I'll actually take camping pics. Always forget to do that too.

Started out at Big Bend Ranch State Park but a damn heat wave hit. Forecast 78/82 degrees became 94 so we packed up and went to Big Bend National Park an hour and a half away up in the mountains.

At Big Bend Ranch we were truly primitive camping. Even had a bucket shitter, but with a killer view! No one near us for miles. It's the ideal spot for wheeling, biking and hiking. I had to use 4lo twice to get to our site (Chorro Vista).
    IMG_6308.jpg

You can see we were in the Chihuahuan high desert - no trees, no shade. After the heat drove us into lethargy under a blue tarp makeshift canopy for 9 hours, we packed up early and we moved on to Chisos Basin at Big Bend National Park. STUNNING campsite even though it's full of people.
