Here's my set up. I absolutely love it
Camped up at Bear Lake here on the Utah/Idaho border. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures all set up but it was sure a beautiful drive! Had to plug a picture of my boys. They are just as important!!

Food for thought. I have been cruising youtube and saw a vid where a family had a rack for bikes on the back bumper and it eventually killed the bumper and fell off the camper at speed. The point of the video was to mount any racks to the frame and skip the bumper. The guy did a welding job for the rack and the video made sense.

That does look pretty ridiculous. No, all was well. Thanks for caring though!

Memorial Day weekend. Just camped in the back of the bed. It works great i throw a memory foam pad down, two sleeping bags, dogs girl, real cozy! Oh and this little lady is Kona.

My wife and I tried camping together for the first time last month. Found out it was a warm weather tent and had 30 degree temps at night. We spent a lot of time in the truck, but still had fun.
    image.jpg

So we decided to go camping over Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to scoring an extremely well kept camper off of Craigslist things went much better.

How good of a deal was the camper? How did the truck handle the towing?

The Chalet I tow weights about 2200 -2400lbs loaded. Towing is a non issue with the 16.

2000 Coleman. It was garage kept and looks almost new inside $2,000

It did a great job of pulling it.
