I previously posted these in the "What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?" thread a week ago without knowing this thread existed. I'm thinking these pics are more fitting here in this thread...

Some pics of the Tacoma during our trip to Utah's Dixie National Forest. It was my wife's and my first time to do any type of camping/exploration in Utah. Before this Utah trip, we've only driven through Utah to visit family in Colorado Springs, CO. The places in that small part of the world are amazing!

A pic during the "I Hiked The Hoodoos" hike on Sheep Creek/Swamp Cyn trails

Navajo Lake w/ Orbea Occam mtn bike chillin on the rocks during our ride on Navajo Lake Loop Trail

Some kind of deer we saw at Red Canyon on our way to the Thunder Mtn Trailhead

At our first campsite (open, not reserved) the morning after we got to Te-Ah Campground by Navajo Lake, Dixie Nat'l Forest, UT.

Rear portion of bed is accessible via tailgate under back cover panel of DiamondBack HD cover; tailgate is still fully operational even with Yakima Dr. Tray bike rack hitched on.

Somewhere along the way back to Te-Ah Campground from Bryce Canyon

    Monsoons every day...

At our second campsite (reserved) for the rest of our stay in Te-Ah Campground.

Front portion of bed is accessible via front cover panel of DiamondBack HD cover

We found it to be pretty dependent upon the wind and where you are located.

That’s a pronghorn, aka speed goat.

Nice setup. Sounds as though you like the Diamondback. Any water intrusion issues?

I haven't taken mine camping yet, but have been looking into different tent options when I found this thing.

I think hitch mounted accessories are goofy looking (luggage carriers, etc), but I really like the idea of this. It's nice that it seems to be detachable as a stand-alone "tent" so you can drive off without it. I just don't like the idea of dragging something behind me on the trail on the way to a campsite.
