Thanks for the video. I think all of us using a lower profile rack have the issue with at least the one tent pole behind the cab that space won't allow to mount properly. Another guy on IG used a bungee to his prinsu rack where I used the bungee to the oh shit handle on the rear passenger seat. I'm going to try to set the tent back a couple inches next time.

    1. Yes I keep the bedding in the tent when I fold it.
    2. I put the ladder in the bed for now but I’m working on a mounting system for it on the underside of the rails.
    3. No issues with moisture on the underside yet, coldest nights were around 38 degrees so far.

Just once before I shirk this mortal coil I hope to taste a fresh-caught trout cooked on the bank...very high up on my bucket list. I'll trade you a trip...for a limit of crappie in my boat on Rayburn?

Was it fly-fishing only on that part of the river? I didn't bring a rod on this trip but when I saw that section of the Snake River I was sooo tempted to run to a store and buy another one.

Antelope Island on the Great Salt Lake, Utah.

Looking out at White Rock Bay.

Bison are everywhere on Antelope Island. I was trying to slowly creep past this group and this cow and calf were not amused. They actually stepped into the middle of the road from the side and were acting as road guards while the rest of the herd kept moving along. I was stuck here by myself for 5 minutes waiting for them to move.

There is a night ride they do on Antelope Island every summer from White Rock Bay to Garr Ranch and back. It is always done during a full moon and you are required to have lights on your bike, but I still always worry about coming down one of those hills at around 35 mph on a bicycle and just plowing into a bison.

I was hating I-80 on the way to Idaho, kept getting highway hypnosis on it requiring constant rest stops. I decided to take the long slow way home from Utah Route 50. The "loneliest road in America" lived up to its name.

Honestly had no idea there was a National Park out here until I saw the signs. Decided to drop in for a bit.

The fast climb gave me altitude sickness. Started getting light-headed around 8500 feet. Made it to the Wheeler Peak trailhead then turned right back around and raced down the hill because I felt like crap.

    And back on Route 50.

We camped there a few days. Great park. The road was closed when we were there. We could only go to the viewpoint.
Gotta fill the tank in every town on that "Loneliest" road. We had a great time.
