i got the 3x4 ft one as i have the 5ft bed tacoma. It fits very nicely and stretches durably and a reasonable amount. The Amazon product states that the 3x4 ft option stretches to 6x8 ft and the larger 4x6 ft option stretches to 8x12 ft. It comes with 12 very durable carabiners but they are a tough fit over the bed rail cleats that come with the tacoma. I have only used it once so far as i barely have owned both the truck and the net, but I may get a few larger carabiners or something because it is very tight to get them on. Other than that which is a very simple fix, the net is quality and Id highly recommend. It comes in a nice plastic clear pouch package that can hold the net and carabiners and fit under the back left seats cargo space.

I’m curious about the freecampsites.net offline caching. I’ve used the website quite a bit, but is there an app or something that allows for this? I use the ioverlander app which has a local database on device that it can use when offline, but didn’t know that might be available for freecampsites.net.

 

There is an app, but it just takes you to the website. If you create a free account, it caches recently viewed areas automatically, at least for us it did.

Just have a quick question for you. Do you know if you need a flag mounted to the truck?
I can’t seem to find a clear answer.

 

I got this Webber compact, great for on the go. It comes with the hookup for a small fuel bottle, but I had to add the hose for the big tank

 

Great little Webber, easy to toss in the truck, great for burning some weenies on the go.

 

Long beds, love em.

 

Probably better, Oregon has more to offer out around the coastal area IMHO.

Watching the sunrise over the gulf , makes the sand a bit more bearable.

 

Curious What traction boards are you using for the leveling? Are those the real deal or knock offs?

I have some $80 knockoffs and ended up buyng leveling blocks becase I didn't want to risk breaking them using them to level even though they are rated to 10k. Figured if I break them I want to do it using them as recovery.
