I rigged this up for a little power and lighting while camping in the back. Keeps the phone charged and controls the lights. Hot wired so I can use it without the ignition. E60380A8-B0F5-4748-A4B3-0A9BAEA9E79D.jpgF4099537-3569-4DBD-AB70-46E2C1CF9881.jpg

What a spot! I'd have a line in the water from the second I got there until the time I left.

love this setup i have a raised camper shell as well and the idea of running the canopy off the back is great idea especially since we also camp in the truck bed..

With the 6' bed it is a great way to camp, especially with a shell/cap that his higher than cab height. I have a side awning and it was a game changer when I finally gave in and got an actual awning (with room attachment). The rear awning system is super cool too and if I wasn't using rear facing lights and a shower tube on my roof racks I'd put a rear awning on my truck too.

I actually had to go back to a cab height camper top - I can’t fit in the garage at work! I’m sure I’ll miss sitting up in bed!2CEDC807-3C89-4FBC-AE11-87059EE0231E.jpg

My awning was super cheap - I think it was $140 - it’s an ARB basically just a break from the rain to get in and out.

Looks similar to the older style ARB room. The new room has both fabric and screen walls. CVT and ARB are pretty much the same thing.

Yea, we used just the awning at the beach last year, but it was kind of a pain having to move around with the sun. Figured the room would help and the breeze could still blow through with the screens.
