Find a good tree/rock to lean up against/or grab hold of, dig a six inch hole, do your business, throw some rocks and twigs in then cover with dirt

WAG bags and toilet is a fan favorite in my household. I have this enclosure on my roof rack...

 

WAG Bags and toiletseat bucket combo it is. I bought the KissAss enclosure also. No coupons for it, but multi-use. Showers and poop privacy.

I use the same thing. The last time I went camping, I was fortunate enough to have terrain that allowed me to have privacy without a pop up tent, and have a nice view while I did my business lol.
