Truck Camping Photo Thread

From a couple weeks ago. Only 30 minutes from home but taking it on a 2 hour trip this weekend, anxious to see how it tows.

 

Which Grey Wolf model is that? I want one about that size. Looking at Forest River 2104s.

Mt. Hood NF. It was a steep, tight fitting “road” with some gnarly washout, but I was rewarded with a very remote spot to camp over the weekend.

 

It's the Grey Wolf 17BHSE. It weighs in at 4,122lbs dry and 20' long if I recall.

Thanks! Suspension is Icon Stage 4 w/ Dakar leafs in the rear. I guess I'm getting pretty weighted down if it looks stock.

Yeah, I like your setup better too... but when it's raining buckets and windy, I do get a little jealous of those types of campers. I hear ya!

 

Yeah yeah I know I know. But with big duratracs, 4x4, diesel, queen bed and standing room, it sure is enticing

 

Made a 2 hour treck north for the weekend. Tacoma did awesome, trip average was 9.4mpg, did 65mph the entire way.

 

Memorial Day weekend camping trip! The family is excited!

Out in Fruita, CO a few weeks ago

 

I've always wanted to ride Fruita. If you ever make it out to Oregon to ride, let me know. It's a great place. Especially if you like machine built, berms, tables and feature riding. A bit like North Shore riding with lets roots and wooden features.
