    The guys at California Car Cover modified their basic pattern for the Gen 1 Tacoma to accommodate the ARB bullbar and tonneau with bike rack on that truck. It worked out for me. They're not cheap, but I'll bet they could make a cover to fit a bed cap without much trouble.

    Here's their Superweave cover on my 2001 double cab.
