I'm trading my 2011 Double cab long bed Tacoma in for a Tundra.

I have the Truck Covers USA American Work Cover rolltop toolbox combo with the chrome handles for sale. Included are the actuators to wire the unit into your stock Tacoma keyless entry.

Here's the pics posted on my craigslist ad:

This unit is not even a year old and for all intents and purposes is brand new. Hoping to sell this to someone local here in central Texas. I live in the Boerne area NW of San Antonio.

This unit sells brand new for around $2500, willing to sacrifice for $1000. Details can be found on the manufacturer's website here: www.truckcoversusa.com

Still no interest? ...looks like I'll have to hold out until tax time (assuming any of us still have any $!).

Ya, the pic is linked from craigslist. No takers there either.

I'll just hang onto it a while until the right buyer comes along. It's definitely a "specialty" item with respect to Tacoma owners. There is no better bed-cover IMO for a Taco.

It's priced to sell... just gotta hook up with the right buyer. This is not something that's easy to ship either.

The economy's still killing folks. Hopefully some people will get a boon from tax returns... but I don't have much hope.

    /agree

I'll be taking the proceeds from this to buy one for my Tundra. This is absolutely the best truck bed topper option out there.

    Are you willing to ship?

Did you ever get water in the bed? Would you say this is water tight?

I would not say this is water tight. It will keep out 98-99% of the water in a downpour, but it is by no means water tight. If you're driving on the highway in a downpour, your stuff will stay dry as toast. The channels and roll top canister have drains to channel water away from the bed interior. But if you take it to the car wash and take a power washer to it, some (not a lot of) water will get into the bed.

This thing would be extremely expensive to ship. I really would like to avoid trying to box this up.
