Awesome! Thank you for coming back and completing the tread with a “I fixed it and here’s what I found “. It really does help others in the future with similar problems.

A really bright flashlight and googling “EFI fuse blown Tacoma 1st gen” and literally looking at so many threads and articles about this. Found one piece of info from someone that gave the gist of the EFI fuse mostly being connected to the O2 sensors, exhaust, cylinder, and fuel wires.

Then I just looked over all of the possible culprit areas with a close eye on the wires. And for anyone else on the internet that will possibly have this problem: EFI fuses keep blowing Tacoma 2001 1999 2000 2002 2003 2004 fuse EFI blown ignition start fuse blown efi

All kinds 3 inch body lift/2 1/2 suspension lift. 31/11 1/2/15 tires All work done by myself for years. The only work performed by mechanic was fuel pumps. I also have a 90 Mustang 350 hp and I can never understand how come my Tacoma gets more respect Just got a 99 Jeep TJ that I rebuilt, and painted in the garage
Thats a pretty good find on your part. Not bad, would have taken a mechanic a while to find that

Man, that could have happened anywhere in the harness. What a keen eye. Nice. Very nice.
