So I hade this same issue 2 months ago and after 2weeks a check engine light finally came on. Scanned the truck and found out that the MAF sensor was bad, replaced with new one, cleared the codes and truck ran again.
I recently have replaced spark plugs, new fuel pump, brand new lowered suspension.

Currently I went back to store and bought a new MAF sensor and still having same problem. I have no check engine light on now.

    Any suggestions?

What spark plugs did you use and were they gaped properly?

No chipped key. There is an aftermarket alarm from last owner

It does run on starting fluid. When I MAF plugged in it starts and dies immediately. I unplug it and it’s able to stay running

Tell-tale signs of a bad MAF. Did you buy a Denso MAF - OEM - or one of the cheaper after-market MAFs. But...it could be a wiring issue as well. Go back and look up all of the things that can cause the code you pulled. Go thru each one meticulously.
