Funny I see this thread this morning, as my truck does the same thing "tramlining". I don't think it's as bad as some have eluded to, to me it's annoying as hell. I'm running a stock 2017 TRDOR. Looking at getting new tires in the near future. Does anyone have a printout of the optimal alignment for a stock TRDOR?

For deeply rutted roads I think the post I quoted above hit the nail on the head.

I believe this is the best alignment example I have found.
This is the best alignment example I have found for a stock truck. This combined with a set of Michelin tires would likely do the trick. In post #217, a member referred to adding .25 inch spacers for his OR and reported that it improved the stability of the truck. My personal opinion from reading most of the threads is that the ORs need more positive scrub from the factory, thus either a wheel with less offset then their 25mm factory offset will help. I believe the .25 inch spacers reduce the offset to about 19mm, which should help with a solid alignment. I also believe the recommendation is to add slightly more caster to the passenger side as is in the example provided with slightly positive toe in.

So, I ended up taking the .25in spaces off earlier in the year. While stability seemed to have improved, I got a little bit of vibration like an out-of-balance wheel. Taking the spacers on and off confirmed that it was the spacer - I mic'd the spacers and I far as I could tell, they were indeed within .005in of being flat, I cleaned the mating surfaces really well everytime. After a while I decided I'd rather not have the vibration no matter how small.

After all this time my good-for-a-year's wore out and I got new shoes - Michelin Defender LTX's (I'm not ashamed I don't need aggressive looking tires). The tramlining, the pulling, sensitivity to cross winds - all of that instantly went away.

That's interesting. Thanks for the info! I had the same tires installed a few months ago. No change for me. In fact I notice a little tramlining now, which I didn't have before. I had planned to try the spacers, but just got busy (i.e. lazy) and never did. I keep thinkin that eventually, if something really is wrong, it will get worse and I'll get it figured out. But then I don't drive the truck much because of the issue, so who knows when that'll be lol. Also contemplating trading this one in.

Yeah, trade in value should be good. I just ticked over 20k with it.
