I think I also had a 1 inch block in the back as well to level it out. My set up has changed since then.

Maybe not, but everytime we do an alignment on my truck at our shop with our 2 month old hunter setup, its makes us hook up to the obd port and reset the steering center position.

    all tore up already
Didnt bother reading 4 pages but sounds like alignment is off. There are a few ways it's likely out that's causing a darty feeling front end

Can you post the results of the alignment? Things like positive camber can aggravate the road ruts, pulling the truck in either direction. And, as has been said here previously, but bears repeating, being "in spec" does not mean you have a proper alignment. There's a range of "spec" and if you have one side at one end of "spec" and the other side at the opposite end of the range, well, it's surely "in spec" but just as surely not aligned correctly. And, yes, you do have to ride the alignment jockeys in order to get it right, but it also helps to know what you're talking about or they'll just laugh at you and do what they want anyway.

I've been noticing the same thing this spring. Had an alignment done last fall, seemed good then. I was thinking it was the roads, some seem worse than others, but who knows. Will be putting stock tires back on soon, will reply back to see if there's a difference.

Its the roads. I-26 through South Carolina is basically one 200 mile long pothole that makes every car Ive driven on it feel like a ping pong ball. Once I hit I-85 in Charlotte its smooth sailing.

Here is my print out. One thing to caveat: The numbers the tech showed me on screen before he started any adjustments were all green (toes were much closer to zero). So I'm not sure what he did between then and the "Before" numbers on this.

I had a similar issue with a previous jeep wrangler. It ended up being the tires. I thought they were fine because they still had some tread left, but I was wrong. They would not stay balanced and rough roads made the problem worse. A new set solved the issue. You may want to go that route before paying the dealer a bunch of money to diagnose a simple fix. At 6/32 you are due for a new set soon, so you wouldn't be wasting money.

The tires wearing out would explain the change I'm seeing. I've been planning to get a set of Falkens or Duratraks once these were done.

Your front toe was way off before, l don’t know if it was that way when you brought it in or he remeasured after adjusting the camber and caster.
If toe was that far off it would cause the issue you had/have.
The other thing I notice is you rear toe is off, looks like the axle is cocked.
I’m not sure I would trust those numbers.
    I would get it rechecked.

I know you got a lot of advice here but just get the front end checked including the wheel bearings and alignment- one of my front bearings went bad and did the same things you described. It was hard to diagnose without putting it on a rack and taking the wheel off. Good luck!

Ya, hopefully the dealer will have a look at it as well. If I go through with the suspension upgrades, I'll go get it realigned.

I'm crossing my fingers that they find something like a bearing and then I'm back to normal. Thanks!

Another thing to be sure of is that one of the tires didn’t separate. I wouldn’t expect a tire with low miles to do that, but it can happen. It makes the truck feel like it’s driving in a bad rut even on smooth surfaces. Again, dealer should be able to catch this. It’s a long shot, but I’ve seen it a few time a year on rigs.

I would try raising the tire pressure to the maximum it says on the tire if you only use it on road. Also with the added weight of the shell your rear tires need to be aired up a little more. Low tire pressure will cause your truck to do this, not high pressure. Also did the allignment shop check your rear allignment? The leaf springs being out of wack can cause you to start dog tracking and the rear end will pull you into ruts more than normal. All trucks pull into ruts because of how they're built, but it shouldn't be that excessive.

Anything above 36 psi does not increase the load capacity of the tire.

Did not know that. Just know that with low tire pressure the truck will want to follow the grooves in the road more
