The Allison's are tourqe converter style, just like driving a car, you feel it shift gears but it's instant.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
Don’t mind feeling the gears shift (drove my moms cvt and that’s a weird experience) but the indecisive shift logic and auto clutch turns me away from wanting to like this auto. I’m looking to get a DCT (duel clutch transmission) and they work similar to the automatic manuals. I haven’t drive the car in a DCT but I did drive it in a manual. Just have to try it.

Yeah I've got fans on too, been in the 80s the last couple of days. Highs will only be in the 40s Mon and Tue. Slept in today, Musta slept 12 hours. About to go for a ride on the new motorcycle. I like it when I dont have to work 6 days.

I hate Mondays, lol. Especially when I know it's a 6 day week.
Supposedly my p.o.s. truck is done. We'll see, if it's not it can go right back to service. Might pick it up tomorrow

IMG_0199.jpg Dropped off our old 228 and picked up our new 238 with some buckets. Slowly getting faster and more confident chaining equipment down. The new 238 I can throw a chain to the inside of the undercarriage and I don’t have to grab tracks anymore.

The funny thing is when I call the guy, he says I'm not there think you can unload your self?
When I get them rolling out the door and they hit the ground it makes me think of those old cartoons boing boing boing as they roll to a stop:benchpress:And for safety I push them over.

1st driving gig I had was 4800 floor loaded cases of frozen Ore Ida from Plover , paid my dues at HO Wolding , Herbie was paying 45 to unload and lumper wanted 200 , so if you wanted to sleep you coughed up the balance , a travesty.
