Is your pay that low that a $10.00 /hour increase is possible these days?

Then people can be hard up for help then the insurance companies disqualify if any moving violations show up on your 10 year history.

Not me, 6 days this week.

 

I know a guy who got a job like that but he couldn’t even make it to 40 hours. Said his lips went numb after the first 30 minutes.

I see your up! Old habits die hard, when I was working I was getting up at 04:00. 5 days a week 12 hr. days. Did that for the last 8 years.

 

Oh trust me on my off days I have no trouble sleeping in, lol. I'm really not a morning person.

 

I have been able to sleep in but only the last couple of months, lately only cause I've been on pain killers . But off those now and starting to feel better.

 

I ordered a few things for my truck that were supposed to be here last Monday but operational delay made that not happen just got 4 emails this morning that everything is going to deliver today. Now that I have said that after being in the LTL for the last 10 years I know that everytime freight is taken on and put back on the chances of damage rises 10Xs. Sooo gonna open everything and check it out for damage poor driver is gonna hate me. Especially since I can't lift anything over 10#s, but gonna have it all put in the bed of the truck so not too bad. Now that I've said all that only when it's all delivered will I beleive it, every day this week it's was to be here by end of day.
Keeping fingers crossed should only be waitong on like 2 things and then i can call guy and have it all installed.

 

Took the bike to work, god I need to stay off the interstate because I’m a good calm responsible rider but getting on the interstate road rules just are null and void.

 

Problem is no one cares anymore, not even when I'm in the semi, it's all me me me.

 

I liked it better during covid when all the 4 wheelers were working from home and there was less traffic on the roads.

 

That reminds me…God I love my air horn!!!!

 

I'm trying to conserve my air, so watch for finger!

 

Truck drivers are just as bad.
