    Can`t like this It seems you have far more then your share of equipment failures .

    Gratiot Ave seems familiar it has been many many years ( early eighties) off I 75 near where it turned north

    The quality of service techs in almost every field if they can not plug a magic box into the system to tell them what to change they are lost.

    Fire the parts cannon sorry we can not figure this out . Labor and parts $995.00

    The art of trouble shooting is slowly fading away as we retire

    I've been dealing with the air going out for 2 years!
    So I told them today to change the switches for the climate controll because sometimes if I bang on it the ac will come on, DUH!
