Well it was a good weekend. Got some time in my woodshop. And and a great dinner with my girl yesterday. Was a relaxing weekend. Now back to our regularly scheduled bullshit week at work, lol.
6 days this week, grrr.

Well had a whoops today boss man said need some crushed rock to X subdivision at 10/1 just dump it in the driveway it’s on the schedule. So I load up with 23 tons of crushed rock and drive over to subdivision X and back up to 10/1 and have a hint of doubt so I look on the schedule and well the only thing in subdivision X is at house 24/1 so I drive over to 24/1 and dump the 23 tons in the driveway. Couple hours later he calls me “hey what house did you dump that rock on?” Yep dump up a whole load of rock at the wrong house.

 

Bummer dude. That's ok I got into it with my boss today and really let her have it. I told her to quit watching me on the camera on the receiving dock and fucking micro managing me. we had a few more words and I stood my ground because she was wrong. She knew I was pissed and backed of. If it wasnt so close to profit sharing chrcks I would have told her to go fuck herself!

 

Profit sharing? What's that? I got a sweet hundred bucks for 20 years of service.

 

First company I ever worked at that has profit sharing. Got 5 k last year, dont expect that this year. But something is better than nothing.

 

HUMPDAY! Days are getting longer, it's light when I leave the house now at 7 am.
Job market here just sucks. Ain't shit for good jobs.

Well it might be the end of the road for me shortly. Have a meeting at 2:45 to discuss some “changes “ at work. What this means is we’re all expected to go along with it to accommodate the bosses son who apparently can’t work with anyone because they are all tired of him not carrying his own work load. Instead of addressing the issue they think rearranging everyone else’s workload is the solution. Ain’t playing that game. Too old for that shit etc etc. Should be an incentive afternoon.

 

Well I was VERY firm with all involved. Looks like no changes for the moment.
