Haven't been in here much in the past couple of weeks...too much going on or some shit. Seems everyone is dealing with the same ole same ole.

The first installment of my recouping of involuntary payroll deductions hit the bank today (SS). Tomorrow is my last day...I'm so done with this, my givashit has gone right off the cliff! Going to miss a bunch of the people, not work.

Y'all keep working your asses off, I need to be supported. This Ponzi Scheme isn't going to support it's self.

I have emergency dental work in the morning, which means showing up about 2 hours late. They'll likely give my route away and have be doing bullshit all day. A short day won't bother me in the least.

Ponzi scheme is correct. If I knew back then that I could have gone to college and had my loans forgiven and not learned that nothing is Free in this world, I would have been a doctor.

Once this nerve thing in my back settles down and let's me get back to work it'll be 10 years for me.

Took my girl to go pick up a new car, now having a couple of burgers and then it's off to bed to relax for a couple hours before lights out.

 

It’s an old gas station sign there was a Pure station close to where I grew up in the 60’s/ early 70’s. By close I mean within 8 miles or so. I was out in the middle of nowhere. Still 8 miles from the farm to the nearest gas pump.

 

Well Saturday morning at work. Boss had me come in early. Looks like I'm only hauling one load. What a waste of time. Other driver is only pulling one load, it's a fucking joke, what a shit show.

Yup, just took myself out for breakfast. Then I'll go home and get into my woodshop for some therapy.

One of our drivers broke his foot in to places over the weekend. He thinks he's only going to be off a week. I highly doubt that, especially if they cast it, he sees a specialist this week. So this means we will be shorthanded and probably working more overtime, like I give a shit, lol. I'll work it but I won't bust my ass for a pice of shit boss that doesn't value me as a driver. Hmmmm, the power is in my hands now, lol.

 

I fractured my big toe and was on light duty for 5 weeks.

 

Are former drivers still allowed in here?

Friday was my first day of retirement and didn't think of being at work all day...too many things to get to. Only bad thing is that I didn't get a nap!
