No but I’ve been there hundreds of times.

I’m about 80 miles south of there.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
Any reason to why? I’d think you’d split them over the drives and over the trailer axles.

Also riding with the new guy again and we also got into a wreck. Interstate was cruising along just fine. Then there was a wall of mist and right as you get to it all you see is a sea of red brake lights. We lay anchor and jump the right lane and then hit the shoulder to avoid making a sub compact out of an Escalade. New kid handled it great even on a wet road with the trailer fully locked up and starting to step out. Nothing much to learn from that other then maybe go a little slower into the fog but he kept us upright and off the wall.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I noticed that too, then I thought: That much weight, if it moves, you've already got bigger problems.

That stuff needs to be on the floor side by side where it can’t move.

It's a spread 4 axle trailer, it spreads the weight out. You don't want gaps between the bins, if you hit the brakes they will slide with force! Sometimes we will put a few single stacks in the nose to keep the weight off the drives, but their can't be gaps between the bins anywhere. And you turn very slowly.

Nope, just one across the back.
I agree, that would be better, but no one takes the time for it. We use a lot of other trucking companies to haul this stuff and they haul the same way. Trailers that are just tandem 42k will go single stack side by side. That's better and I agree. There has been rumor that the dot is going to change the law so that they have to be side by side. That's finally going to hold companies accountable. I just drive really slow with the way they load this crap. They are getting new 6 axle trailers, can't wait to see how they load them with 92k
