Sold 2 quite a few years ago to thin out the stable. A 74' Honda MT 250 and the 72' Moto Guzzi Ambassador just held to the r65ls. The Guzzi was going to be too much for me to refurb and the Honda, I was made a offer I couldn't pass on.

Yesterday we had 2 guys out and had 4 truck before lunchtime. 3 were from Canada and 1 loaded out for Michigan.

 

Light rain here this morning.

 

Well I put in for another week of vacation the second week of June. I was told that I can't have the full 5 days because a guy that has nothing to do with me is off that Friday. He's a dock worker, drives a forklift and loads trucks on the afternoon shift. I'm not working the afternoon shift to load trucks, no one else ever has so why should I. The head but kisser does that job now on days so let him cover it. Besides he gets his full week off the week before. Guess what, I'm not gonna be there. Might be my last day, I don't care! I have enough money to cover myself until my retirement ss checks start. I've so had it with this bitch and this company. There's so much favoritism.

They know somethings up that's why all of a sudden no. This needs to be covered. Ride it out 11 weeks to go. You'll make it I know you can taste it.
Then you can ride in on your bike your last day, and turn in your keys and say I am retired good luck. At this point no notice necessary.

 

I'm pretty sure I won't make it the last 11 weeks........... I've never been one to take any bs from anyone.

 

Your sound like me . You could always wait till head butt kisser is off that week and just retire with them short handed.

 

Call in scared! Call in an say I'm afraid I won't be back.

Loaded 2 truckloads out yesterday and 1 ltl. Found out Averitt is bringing us lunch Friday. It's sweet of my former employer to come by and say hello. We also have some ltl skids for them too.
On a sadder note my friend Ron that still works there had his HPV virus which he had cancer from is back and has to fight it all over again. So please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
