Boss sent me a text this sunday morning, asked me to come in early tomorrow. Would have been nice to know by at least Friday. But that's how they do things there, oh, by the way I need you to come in early tomorrow morning. No notice at all. The company might be their life but it's not mine.

Yeah, F that. I would definitely let them know that if it happens again, I’ll be in my normal time, not a second early. These companies just don’t get it. That would piss me off to no end !!

One outfit around here advertises "It's not just a job, it's a lifestyle." Like that's a good thing??

The front is not done yet. I need to put the 14" 700lb springs on and crank it up to the full 3.5". I sold my pros that day and just took that random pic.
I need to adjust the rear once it's leveled off.
Summer fuel hauling, doing the floors and a deck ,then a family member death has put the truck on hold.
I'm going to get the tires mounted on the Methods tomorrow...Here is a couple more pics... that's only how it's currently sitting (need to take the spindles off for gussets and the drt cab mount relocate....some trimming then the 35's will go on...gimme a couple weeks I'll post it up completed (also that drive is down sloped to the nose pretty good) gas pic is on level ground, definitely drove like I was gonna slide off the seat if I stopped too fast

Good morning, first day at the new company. Hope I remember how to drive a big truck.
I like it, and sadly the truck because the first to be on the back burner when stuff comes up, I’ve still got a box of parts to go on my truck from a year and a half ago.

Well I definitely need more seat time but good first day, I didn’t break anything and haven’t been told to kick rocks. 10 speed is something I gotta learn but feels good to be back in a truck.

Yep first time on a 10 spd threw me off too, I’ve been on a water truck for the past couple months and first time on a 8LL, I love it for job site work.

Yay got my truck back! Fixed my fog lights as well. Been out for about a year. Nice to have when most of my driving is in the dark.

And back it goes. Stupid vent selection stopped working. Again. Not a problem now, but once weather changes not having defrost will be a problem.

Sounds like the place that repairs our trucks, has to go in about a half dozen times before they can fix it right.
