Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow, I guess I'll just hate it all the way to the bank.

Saturday morning getting ready for work. Hopefully it's a short day, I already have 51 hours in for the week. I know I have a heavy load to haul this morning.

They're threatening me with a new truck. Really don't want one, I like my truck.

New New or new to you? Good luck no matter how it works out.

Some people will never understand to them trucks are all the same.

Just like Welding Machines They all have their own quirks.

    Then it is yours!

New New. Would be a kwt680. Not a bad truck, I just prefer mine. Given a choice, I'll keep mine, if not my choice I'm not gonna cry about it. :D:D

Well it's Monday, hopefully only 5 days this week. Looks like we are getting a little warm up this week, I'll take 40s in mid January.
I'm still in my old truck with the springer front end and the exhaust leak from hell. Looks like they'll be giving me a rental trailer this week so my trailer can go in for some much needed repairs. Hub leak, hole in floor, e track coming off the walls, etc.
    Be safe drivers.

I saw a gravel train roll over today. 2 big wreckers trying to pull it upright again.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
Speaking of wreckers, I’m going to be hoping back in one. Dump truck is only running about 10-15 hours a week lately so I’ve got extra time. Once summer hits dump trucking with keep me busy but in the meantime wrecker is pretty fun and pats the wallet nicely.

At work dealing with a Monday-Friday driver who doesn’t want to change his schedule to either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. I’ve had the privilege of being the “lucky” person who’s had to work Wednesday-Sunday for a little over a year now, and our new schedule is getting written up but the bosses want someone to share the weekend load with me, but they can’t force the other guy to work a schedule he doesn’t want (union politics). It’s instances like this that make we want to quite my current job and just be O/O full time. Only reason I haven’t left is because it’s government and the workload is incredibly easy (I usually spend Sundays sitting in the office watching movies all day long).

Yeah most of the ones I see around here are dump trucks, but a few tractors, all are garbage, lol. The 2 we have are both in the shop more than they are on the road. They have replaced the entire wire harness in both at the cat service center and they still have problems.
