The first thing I did was check what day of the week it is today.

    Thursday...? Okay, close enough...

But, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays have been good pinch hitters for Fridays lately also.

And so did my 86 Celebrity. Well, unless the indicator window on the console got messed, then D was N, but hey . . .

Oh yes. I’m sure. That could lead to a tricky situation.

My work truck was a Chevy Luv that went backwards down a hill once while in P, right towards the cop car that pulled me over. That was fun.

Oh yeah, I was only 18 and the back was full of beer kegs and cases, gin and a bunch of other booze, too!

Don’t ever hire a teenager to deliver your liquor, especially if his girlfriend sounds over 21 on the phone!

Just slow speed. I better get the dealer to check the fluid level with their fluid analyzer

Remember the day that the 3rd gen section disappeared? Today feels like the pendulum just swung the other way, only it's starting to swing a bit higher. One can imagine, there's a back room somewhere where the mods are picking out their masks for an upcoming purge night.

Your advice is sound and that is the better option but you have only got part of it right. It’s a common mistake though so don’t feel bad.

The “R” does not stand for Race. It stands for “Rumble and Reverberations” which is really good for your engine and is what happens when you follow that procedure.

It’s like winding up a watch. It also rids the engine and trans of all the grime and residue that builds up on the gears.

Slam it hard and at high speeds often. You need to do it to keep it running at its peak...

Just push the gas pedal a little bit, it will lug down. It seems these trucks have more torque either without throttle input and full throttle input. Anything in between it is a dog.
