Truck got broken into. Don't leave anything in your vehicle!

That's sucks man.

My mom had her car broken into. It's a Ford festiva. You know the car poor people don't even drive anymore. Why would anyone try to break into one and steal the radio? It has no value what so ever.

 

This definitely sucks. Feel bad for you OP. Not sure why they felt they needed to smash 2 windows. Shows how fucking idiotic they are. Hopefully they catch them. Keep a look out on Craigslist it something for the shit they stole. Maybe you’ll get lucky

Im on craigslist on FB marketplace, ebay, etc checking daily for my tools. Also pawn shops are required to log serials into a shared database with the cops. As of yesterday the cops have all my tool serial numbers. So, fingers crossed.

 

Addiction. Anything for that next hit.

 

Meh I just leave my truck unlocked, if they want something they obviously need it more than me. Nothing in there for them to steal anyway

 

Good for you. Just leave your shit unlocked and when someone steals the radio and whatever else, just say "hey, he must have needed it more than me." Wow what peace of mind

You work for a living, some pos stole ur tools.... to feed his nose candy habit, and prolly doesnt know how to use the majority of tools he fucking stole.

Besides what i seen posted already... tint may help deter lookers, as well as a windshield shade.

I ALWAYS put the windhield shade on my truck wether its 8am, noon, or 8pm if i have to park outside. That with tint all around makes for more privacy.

Oh, and a 2 way alarm with glass break sensor... this way if u dont hear your alarm, the fob will sound an alert and u will know shits going down.

Looks like they broke the small one then realized they could not reach the handle or locks. Does not seem random..

 

I'm not even trying to get into the psychotic minds of tweakers, but why would they bust out the small window, realize it wouldn't work, then walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the truck and bust out another window? Not trying to argue that that isn't EXACTLY what happened. But just doesn't make sense.

 

I usually leave mine unlocked and no valuables inside. If they want the truck bad enough they can have it.

I also live in number 1 of top 20 safest places in Alabama.

 

Makes me worry about my sPod switch. Bastards.

 

That’s what I figured but why walk around to the opposite side of the truck. Still stupid morons. Hopefully karma bites them in the ass
