That literally doesn't matter lol. My buddy's Jeep has a soft top, instead of unzipping the window they cut through the top. "Path of least resistance" holds no bearing to an idiot.

When you live in America it's a choice. Why because you have the freedom to make choices.

Fuckers. At least take comfort that deep down the miserable piece of shit that did this is aware of what a waste of life they are.

I had the pleasure of living in Missoula for 5 years :)
Never locked my vehicle but someone did try to steal my raft outta my yard. I woke up to my dog freaking out and some greasy shitstain had his Tacoma with a trailer backed up to my boat. Had the winch peeled out n everything.
Asked him what he was doing he said picking it up for a friend. I said right on and went back in the house for my phone and my duck gun. Meanwhile he took off. I can still picture the winch cable skittering all over the road as he split lol.
WA plate but didn’t get the number cuz didn’t have my contacts in

Also had somebody shoot a window outta my car with a pellet gun, still not sure why

No place is really safe anymore. I'm thinking about moving to NC and found this site while researching https://www.roadsnacks.net/ . I'll be doing lots of looking before moving and will probably rent for a when we think we've found a good area.

There have been a few times I've gone to convenience stores on the whee hours of the morning, and there have been people trying to sell tools. They usually have to go and get them, so they say. Nope not giving them a reason to steel someone's property.

A friend of ours discovered a guy posting photos on ThiefBay of retro trailer accessories for sale - her stuff in her trailer! He had an entire line of things for sale and had been going into RVs and trailers at storage lots to photograph things in them. When they sold, he’d go back to get them. She bought one of “his” things and arranged to pick it up with a deputy. Then she placed him under citizens arrest, and the deputy took him to jail!

This is why I keep my tools under my tonneau cover. They can break glass, but they can't break a tonneau cover!
