Hey, I have a 2005, 2WD, 2.7 L Tacoma, and it is having issues with getting started. It turns over fine, the fuel pump and filter are good, and once it is started it runs absolutely fine. I’m just having trouble diagnosing what exactly is wrong with it. The only thing that’s weird that is working in conjunction with that is that it is idling SUPER low when it’s parked. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Those symptoms certainly sound like a fuel issue. Low pressure, restricted flow.

Start with what’s easy, hook up a code reader see if any codes. If none, next I’d test fuel pressure. Pull the plugs & see if they need replacing, try regapping.

Have you checked/cleaned the throttle body? Could be as simple as a dirty throttle body.
