I’ve been noticing my truck start to get really bumpy and bouncy, on freeways with slight bumps and harsh ride on street.
I’m running King 2.5 with 700# springs up front and King 2.5 with OME dakars in the rear. Truck is pretty heavy with front/rear bumpers, bed rack and RTT. Suspension setup is about 20k miles, and I’m running Yokohama geolanders at 28psi.
Is it time to rebuild the shocks? Anything else I should check?

Always a good idea to check nitrogen pressure in the shocks. If they are really low or leaking that can cause them to not work properly
