Truck is squeaky after braking

Hey all, just washed my entire truck today, underbody included. I noticed that after I hit the brakes somewhat hard and come to a stop that the truck ends up squeaking the 1-2 seconds it wobbles back and forth from the hard brake. Any idea what this could be? Thanks.

 

If you didn’t have the issue before washing it’s just wet brakes drive it around a bit won’t take long to dry out and get back to normal.

Edit: You were just talking about worn brakes yesterday maybe you should get them checked out.
