Depending on the price of stock items, you might get more money to have them give you the replacement value for stock. The rear chrome bumper for my truck was almost $700 in replacement value.

MSRP for a painted OEM grille is about $240 (TRDParts4u has it for $170). If possible, have a dealer do the collision work and estimates.

Dude that sucks man! I would be PISSED! Honestly, I understand one can say something on what he/she would do, however when the time comes. Its a different story.

Way to have taken all your aggression on BLACK OPS before you walked out there. The game saved his life that morning.

Come back better and stronger I say. New Off-Road Bumper. Don't let them smack on a factory one as it will cost around 1k! Get a new aftermarket one.

You can take either the parts or the value of the parts. You don't have to let them put factory parts back on if you don't want to.

Tacomas crumble, we all know that on these forums.

Sorry for your loss bud, but judging by your comments and the pics, I think she'll make a full recovery. Looks like time for an ARB bumper :) It might have made that frontier crumble too... couple scratches on your had you had it :)

Update: The insurance company is going to fix my car. The total damages were 9,500 dollars. I tried to get a after market bumper but OEM is 500 and after market is 1,000. Im still trying to get my satoshi paid for. I need to find a way to print a bill for the satoshi.. not sure if its possible but it took a lot of hard work and effort. im really just pissed off.
