truck keeps shaking

Recently ive had major maintenance done because of several check engine lights that have come up. Ran the codes the first time, throttle sensor needed replacing (3 weeks ago), (1 week ago) i had he codes read again for another check engine light and this time a misfiring cylinder, #2 to be exact and so i had the all the coils replaced on that side. Now 4-5 days later im experiencing this same shaking as before. No check engine light has come up just yet. im getting sick and tired of my truck having issues. what could it possibly be now? if youve been experiencing the same issues and or any insight or comments, it would be greatly appreciated.

truck has 170,000 miles.

recent maintenance:

Spark plugs 169,500 miles
throttle sensor 169,700 miles
3 cylinder coils 170,000 miles
spark plug cables 170,000 miles

things to replace in near future:
transmission fluid
battery
fuel filter

 

Shorting out plug wire? Mist the engine bay with water in the dark. Look for sparking wires.

Any other suggestions? I need help. The shaking got to the point that the check engine is on. Could it possibly be my intake?

 

has anyone had issues with their fuel injectors or the computer?

 

I have a 2000 sr5 v6, did everything plug wires, coils, injectors ( reinstall the original injectors after I found out the new ones were leaking). decided to buy a leak down test kit and found out I had a leak in the exhaust. took passenger head off and found out that I had a hairline crack in cylinder 2. looks pretty darn good for 220k miles minus the crack.

 

was your truck shaking similar to the way i described in the OP?
