Without aftermarket coilovers you can throw a small spacer lift on your passenger side that will correct it a bit. Ride may worse a little bit it should help.

That seems excessive. Taco lean is like 1/4” difference from side to side or something minimal like that.

The standard method is to park it on level ground, take a tape measure, and measure center of wheel to the fender at its center arch, all four corners.

Being a 2006, I'm betting your shocks and/or bushings are worn. If they are original to the truck, that's lasted longer than most suspension components.

I thought it was more of a lean then normal and on flat ground just front driver side goes down

You offset the passenger side so it rolls the driver's side up. Again a 1/2" spacer will fix what you want to do it the cheapest and easiest.

On flat ground measure the frame to the ground both sides and see if they match. Pretty much rules out suspension if they are the same.

I’ve installed 3rd Gen off-road coils, shocks, leaf springs and sumo lift blue type on the back. I also installed a headstrong taco lean 1/4 inch spacer to the driver’s side front, which didn’t affect drivability at all. My truck drives so much better and I raised the front slightly.

1st. things 1st. go to level ground and measure from hub center to fender and write numbers down then report back. Then you can make decision. Next how full is your tank when you see lean all the time or just at full. But I would guess your suspension is spent being an 06. And take picture from rear too.
Then ask 2nd Gen. guys for help in which direction you might be able to go and afford.

Mine was way more than 1/4" lean. Spacer helped before coilovers, but even after cranking up the driver's side, it's still got the taco lean. As mentioned, throw a spacer in there.
Only other thing I can say is to check for a broken spring. But if it's in good shape, then yea...spacer and/or coilover to help level it out.

    Looks like strut is leaking.
Probably should pull back camera a little.

How many miles do you have, give us some info on your truck and get that picture from the rear on level ground.

I have a set of oem struts, rear shocks and ucas if you want them. From TRD Offroad ( yellow and blue bilsteins) They had maybe 2/3k miles when I took them off. No coils but yours should transfer. You can have them for free just pay shipping. I'm in Cali so shipping might be 50/100 bucks idk
