    it doesnt do it on idle. i even rev it up in Neutral and it doesnt do it. ONLY when i have a load on it and then i let off the gas it happens.

    i checked my pulleys. everything is running smooth. no squealing or anything. Im starting to think it something to do with my exhaust. It has never done that with other muffler.

    Gray wire, Some lights in the bed area, and some character marks throughout.
    If you have checked your pulleys and belts then I don't know what it could be. Your U-Joints and carrier bearings are good?

    If all the pulleys and tensioners are working correctly, maybe its just cheap belts?

    I dont really see why an exhaust failure would cause the noise unless its a turbo model.

    Hey my truck did this too. It was a Vacuum line

    Mine did it after i got a new exhaust as well. I would imagine it was due to a change in the back pressure but i really dont know. I just went through all my vacuum lines and made sure they were tight.

    ive never heard a vacuum line squeal. I would take the belt off and carefully check every pulley. you could take the belt off and see if it makes the noise just becareful you dont overheat...

    ok, so i check my lines and they seem fine. I cleaned some build up on my EGR valve. Also, i was wiggling my exhaust and i was playing with my o2 sensor and where the o2 sensor clip onto my frame. It was making that same sound kinda. So, i sprayed some WD40 on the clip and i drove my truck around on the streets and freeway and the sound is gone.
    I dont know for sure if it was the clip but whatever i did. The squealing went away. If it comes back, ill be sure to vent out on you guys when it happens again. lol
