Truck night in america episode featuring '16 Tacoma

Not sure if anyone watches the show Truck Night in America on History channel, but the 2nd episode had a 2016 Tacoma on it and was wondering if the guy was on here.

I watched it on TV. He lost in the first round, drag race. Looked like another 4x4 was about to side swipe him and let off. Too bad I wanted to see how it would do with all the other challenges.

 

I agree. Depending on the challenge, he may have completed a couple more. The towing one in the 3rd episode he would have failed sadly with only having a v6 compared to the v8's in the other rigs

 

He said his Tacoma “stands out from a lot of vehicles.”

“It’s shiny and has some flashing lights on it,” he said. “I bought it in 2016 and I’ve been building it up from there with different things.”

 

At the beginning of the episode they called it a disco ball or something like that because all of the lights were flashing/blinking

 

I'm sure the green hell would've stopped the tacoma, that first mud hole is deeep all trucks get stuck thete so far , great show by the way, hope it's more then 1 season

 

I agree. Tacoma may be able to do the mud hole if they have a winch, but he sure as hell would have screwed up his truck on the green hell lol

 

I checked this out last night watched all 4 episodes. looks like it takes at least some 42-44 inch tires to make it through the Green Hell.

 

that black fj did great in the last episode , even though it was extremely modified
