I am new to the truck world, even more so to the tacoma world. That being said, I wanted to know if my 2015 "rides" correctly. I feel every little bump in the road, I have to go slow (very slow) on my dirt driveway because there are a few ruts that bounces you around if you don't go extremely slow.

I know it isn't going to drive like a car, but it seems that there is little give in the suspension. Is that normal? Before you say lower the tire pressure, I have tried it at 35psi all the way down to 25, and it is the same.

This could be normal for a taco, I just don't know. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, ride quality is what it is. You feel every nook and cranny in the road, which to me is a good thing.

Upgraded shocks and removal of the swaybar cures that feeling.

Yeah, I don't mind it, as long as it is what it is supposed to be like.

It's stiff and jerky from the factory, alot of that is the sway bar which I didn't realize until I took it off.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Try some weight in the bed to preload the suspension

yes, stock suspension, not stock tires. They are 285/75 Nitto Trail Grapplers.

The load rating and wt of the tire matter. As does your OR suspension.

It will never be plush. But it might be better.

There you go. If you go with P rated tires, it will make a huge difference.

E is a 10 ply tire. Very heavy tire, very stiff sidewall.

A very rugged tire for durable off road use, not all that pavement or MPG friendly.

You have to eventually decide your goals/actual use of the vehicle, and the kind of tires that can support that.

Places like Tire Rack have good reading on the classifications and features of tires, technically speaking I mean, w/o delving into brands.
