The toe can be out one side vs another. Many modern machines reference toe against the centerline of the truck. Here is my last alignment sheet.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Would you look at that! I notice that the only issue your alignment had was...............the toe being out higher one tire than the other.
    Hhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm...........:drevil:

on an alignment sheet it will give the reading as one side or anther. But it is relavent. When you do an alignment try and rotate the steering wheel. Your readings will change.
But in a driving situation, your vehicle will try and find it's neutral point. This will make it egually toe'd on both tires. Your steering wheel will look like you are turning, but that can be impoper installation of the wheel itself.
Most shops simply aligns the steering wheel to center and start from there.
That is why on paper it looks like the toe is only on one side.
So in a driving situation like what the OP is having? It is not caused by the Toe.
    toe affects handling performance.

    Camber causes pulling.

But like stated earlier it maybe tire pressure or tire wear?

Im not disagreeing wih that. The truck shold try to find its neutral point going down the road, the steering wheel will be crooked. I was just saying that it can be different side to side. Then again I am not an expert.

    It's all good!
At least we have a clearer understanding of alignment.
The main thing is the OP got the help he was looking for.
    ;)
