I replaced the tires on my truck with Sumitomo Encounter AT's
The tire shop checked the alignment and said it's ok and within specs, see the report below

With the new tires my truck is pulling to the right, at constant speed it's slowly moving right, when accelerating it happens faster

With the previous tires, Michelin Defenders, it didn't do that and I could even remove my hands from the steering wheel and it still ran straight.

My truck is a 2015 but only has 81,000km (50,000miles) on the clock

I want to have the alignment done to correct it but would like to have the correct information going to the shop

I would really appreciate any suggestions for caster, camber and settings

You have a bad tire somewhere causing the pull or push.

I have two sets of wheels and tires. One pulls a little bit. The other does not. This was at least the case the last I time I swapped them. You could try rotating the tires.

Your alignment specs are at the extreme range of the spec.
