But... you don't know how it's aligned? The alignment tech's job is just to get everything in spec. It could have been completely within spec before and after each of your alignments, and still pull to the right.

If the cam bolts were loose and moving when you hit bumps you'd be able to hear it. Mine were slightly loose (not torqued to 100 lb/ft) after an alignment and they made a horrible popping sound when weight was put against the lower control arm. Like going up a curb with one tire or sharply applying the brakes.

A thrust angle issue at the rear axle will haunt whatever alignment settings get performed at the front

@b_r_o funny you mentioned a popping sound my truck used to make terrible front end noises when the suspension flexed but Toyota retorqued my bolts and it doesn’t do it anymore

I thought this would be a good place to park this TSB. This one is from 2008 but there is no reason to think it would not still apply to current models. I have just not seen an updated version.

FWIW, most of the seemingly unresolved pulling issues I have personally experienced over the years have often been rooted in the tires themselves, and specifically conicity. For the DIY, tire swapping L-R and front-back can help initially isolate tire issues without continually having to run to an alignment shop and constantly tweak settings.

My new rims and tires helped with the pulling, somewhat. Have to change/replace cam bolt tabs because one of the cam bolts was seized and the dude flattened the front tab while torquing on the bolt. Going with the total chaos cam tab gussets an new cam bolts.

So the dealer attempted another alignment, they claim they got pull to go away but the steering wheel is now off center?

How do you even know if it's driving straight if you haven't picked it up yet?

    But you just said:

If you did pick it up, wouldn't you have gotten the alignment sheet and paid for the work?
